Rivals, even though I was once trained as a "semi skilled car mechanic" I don't think that I would have thought of such a thing except that over 20 years ago, I had to redesign the cooling system on my Vauxhall FE VX 4/90 when I added a radiator from a Citroen CX 2.400 and a header tank from a MK IV Ford Zephyr V6! A bit Heath Robinson, but it stopped it from overheating and it was only possible by using that tubing which a local car accessory shop (St Christophers, Holyhead) told me about.
