TK Engine number

Hi, can anyone tell me the location of the engine no. on a 220 diesel.I do not have this on my V5 and DVLA won,t issue me with a tax until l can confirm the engine capacity(3600cc) and number.

Look at the machined pad on the right-hand bottom flange of the engine crankcase.
