McDonald Kane

Hello all, I am restoring a 1982 TK, she has a fibreglass body coachbuilt by a company called 'McDonald Kane' The lady we purchased her from thinks that they were a local company from Notts or Derby but Google draws a blank every time.

As I cannot find them I am pretty sure they are no longer trading however I am interested in finding out more about the old girl so any information would be gratefully received!

I have also found out that she was first registered in Carlisle although I'm guessing that this doesn't make any difference in relation to where McDonald Kane were based!

Must confess I didn't use google, just typed the name into the address bar and trawled what came up. Happy to help.
