More at:- http://mk1-performance-conversions.c..._vita_pics.htm These are photographs of the transporter rather than the coach (which looks to me like a standard off-the shelf bus) and looks like a Marshall of Cambridge body to me (as supplied to the MOD), but on what chassis? Logic would suggest that the chassis was from BMC (as Broadspeed were closely associated with BMC until they fell out in 1966), and the grille on the transporter looks BMC (Austin?). Maybe a Bedford SB though? http://www.old-bus-photos.co.uk/wp-c...9-AC-83_lr.jpg Doubtful that BMC would supply a chassis for a bespoke bus . . . Not impossible but unlikely IMO. More likely that Broadspeed would buy a 'not new' but good condition (low mileage) vehicle - so one of the ex-MOD buses would be my suggestion. Edited to add that the photograph of the Bedford SB is actually of a Mulliner body - but the original photograph is reminiscent of Marshall and Strachan 'utility' bus bodies rather than plushier coach bodies. .
