Tight Bedford 330
Hi renewing big end bearings and rings (Bedford TK 330) engine still in.
They are in and torqued at 68 lbf . standard shells . Engine is tight very tight in fact ,it moves but with a large flat head screwdriver levering the flywheel it only moves a fraction with a lot of force . can't remember how tight it was before ? What i need to know is how tight should it be ? Water pump still attached to. I know its a little hard to help me over the internet but any info would be good. Thanks |

Are they definitely STD bearings? They haven't supplied under-size ones by mistake? Just a thought.
