That reminds me of a 2000 + year old traveller's story.

Hi G-CPTN, dare you to fax them and urge them to get our Steve back on the road for his international fan club.

Wrong size dealer - cars and pickups only there.

Hi G-Cptn, damn, that is the one I had originally, but followed a link looking for e mail address and it must have taken me to the van dealer.

Red face Still getting trucke on.

REPLACEMENT title: Still getting truck worked on...

What they know so far is the brain boxes/computers were sending false signals and warnings to multiple sensors.

They replaced actual brain boxes, but problem persisted. They assume and are chasing shorted or damaged wiring in the harnesses.

No exact date of release yet.

I saw some questions earlier about plates, etc.....

We have ONE license plate for the truck. BUT, I have a book of permits for every state. alcohol permits, interstate, bridge, and a million other permits. LOL.

Half of the East coast works on Toll roads/bridges. They take (and I have) EZ Pass. Some states use toll booths, others have autoreaders hidden above the road in/under signs.

Speed limits vary widely between states. Some states are 55/trucks, 65 cars. others 65, and in Texas/AZ/NM the speeds are 75. Also WY/MT in some places.

We have electronic logging, but others use paper logs still.

Just because the state speed limit says one thing,MOST other truckers speed with as fast as they can get away with....

Hope this answered some more questions fer ya

Thanks for the update (and answers).
It's frustrating when the problems seem to be the control electronics rather than the basic units themselves. Oh for a return to simpler systems . . .
What are the symptoms?
