Hello every one
My name is Jack I started work in 1953 learnt to drive been driving ever since
till i retired 8 years ago then got a driving job on recovery then i retired again last year
The first lorry i drove was a 1937 bedford upto modern day trucks

Hi
the Bedford was a flat back we carried six tons of coal in 1 cwt sacks for house delivery
We did three loads a day all filled by hand with size ten shovel I did that for two and a half years
