Tight Bedford 330

Hi renewing big end bearings and rings (Bedford TK 330) engine still in.
They are in and torqued at 68 lbf . standard shells .
Engine is tight very tight in fact ,it moves but with a large flat head screwdriver levering the flywheel it only moves a fraction with a lot of force . can't remember how tight it was before ?
What i need to know is how tight should it be ? Water pump still attached to.
I know its a little hard to help me over the internet but any info would be good.

Did you check the bearing gaps with those plastic strips?

Did you lubricate the bearings as you assembled them?

Are they definitely STD bearings? They haven't supplied under-size ones by mistake? Just a thought.

Sorry I'd forgot I had posted on here, all sorted turned out to be a tiny burr on a bearing caseing .

Oh and Myles you were right about that oil pressure switch thread 1\4" NPT .
