There is at least one mistake, in the subsequent images, that I saw. One claims the couple are travelling on Volks Electric Railway.
Oh no they are not! They might be travelling on the Southern Railway, which runs mostly electric trains but..............................

BTW One of the other images quotes £85 single fare London to Calcutta. I doubt I could get from home to Paris, for that, nowadays.
