Strange that most of the images show a 6-wheel tractor instead of 8-wheel . . .

Here's what it looks like:- http://www.truckandbusforum.com/gall....php?i=18&c=10

IMT (Improved Mobility Trailer) by Broshuis

Due to the Kings GTS100/7HS trailers unsuitability in the harsh environment of Afghanistan, we procurred 20 new trailers from Broshuis and after extreme trials in the UK they will be shipped out very soon.

Looks the business. Thanks for that information.

Will the HETs be operated in theatre by civilians?

We have operated HET`s in theatre (Iraq and Afghanistan) for 6 years now using our civilian operators in a Sponsored Reservist role. We are a type of TA soldier but paid by FASTTRAX and the best thing is we don`t have to work weekends or the odd weekday night at a TA centre.
