Iveco Eurorider 35 Brake problem
Hi
We have a few Iveco Eurorider vehicles which have a peculiar brake problem and we cant seem to find out what is causing it. Sometime occasionally when you press the brake pedal a red light appears on the dash which we would assume is the "Low brake fluid warning light" but there is nothing wrong with the fluid level, also it feels like the front brakes are not working, and the pedal goes very spongy. We have replaced various parts, including the brake master cylinders and footvalves, but the problem persists, and Iveco won't help, unless you pay to suscribe to thier help. We think that there must be someone else out there who has had the same problem and knows what the answer is? Any help would be most appreciated. Hello and welcome!
Is an Iveco Eurorider 35 not full air brakes? |

No, they decided to go back in time when they produced these and made them air over hydraulic, right pain in the backside. They have all got twin disc brakes on the front with rear drum brakes. The fronts are air over hydraulic and the rears are full air.
